Cousins Dipal Patel and Pratik Patel have been in the Locust Point community for over a decade. Dipal is a local Baltimore Realtor and Pratik works at local healthcare organization.

We wanted to keep the building as its historic presence as a bar when Snug and Evil Closed down a few years ago. We love the neighborhood and the community has been good to us. There are a plethora of great bars among us and we sought to do something a little different that resonated with us while keeping it friendly to the neighborhood. A little over a year ago we opened the doors to The Last Penny and have branded it to be The Local Cocktail Bar.
